Location: London (N19)
Job Type: Full-Time (3038 hours per week)
Hours: Monday Friday (General office hours)
Salary: Competitive
Responsibilities and Duties
Managing the administrative & operative duties which include:
Handling of inbound & outbound deliveries, order handling & processing.
Liaising with our large customer base, suppliers, and key partners.
Handling queries via telephone and email.
Bookkeeping and invoicing (cloud drive & accounting software).
Managing the stockroom which includes taking & checking inbound deliveries, and dispatching & booking outbound deliveries (domestic & international), & allocating stock, ensuring the stockroom is clean and tidy at all times.
General office duties which include:
Customer service & daily management of mailboxes.
Stock tracking & regular stock taking.
Generating monthly reports.
Maintaining an up-to-date database, including the daily filing and tracking on Cloud drive.
Corresponding to daily inbox & telephone queries, and action these in timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills
Full training will be given on our in-house systems, but the ideal applicant should:
Required education: Minimum A-levels (Maths, English and Business studies preferred).
Basic experience in filing purchase/sales documentation and other compliance management.
Be proficient in the use of in-house PC and Microsoft Office or iOS applications.
Be keen to demonstrate essential skills, and take on responsibilities.
Be well-organised, time-efficient and have a good attention to detail.
Possess excellent communication skills with well-spoken and written English, including excellent email drafting.
Have a high level of literacy and numeracy, and attention/eye for detail.
Be a quick learner and self-reflective of their performance.
Be reliable and trustworthy.
Self motivated & drive to excel.
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
Be hard-working, dedicated, sharp-minded and proactive in nature.
Experience:
Admin & Operational experience within an office-based environment: 2 years (preferred).
Knowledge & previous experience of accounting software (such as Xero, Quickbooks) would be an advantage, but not is not essential.
