CK Group are recruiting for an Admin Assistant, to join a to join a global pharmaceutical company, on a contract basis for 12 months. 

Salary:
Paying £16.25 per hour PAYE (inside IR35).

Admin Assistant Role:

Provide support when required to the VP and Senior RA staff with admin tasks.
Diary management for the VP and prioritising schedule to optimise time effectively.
To manage travel arrangements and other logistical support for the VP and Senior RA staff.
Complete expenses in the internal system in a timely manner for the VP and Senior RA staff.
Receive PoAs via e-mail for printing, signing by the VP or other Senior RA staff and returning to the requestor via e-mail and/or courier. Arranging for certain PoAs to be sent to a Notary Public for notarisation and apostille when required and recording details on a spreadsheet for invoicing purposes.
To assist with the compilation of Training & Travel requests, weekly; recording requests on an Excel spreadsheet for review/approval by the VP. Notifying the requestors of approvals/rejections.
Provide support for ad hoc tasks such as couriers, scanning, archiving, presentations, spreadsheets, etc. as requested. Collecting departmental in-coming post.
Your Background:

5-10 years previous office and administrative experience.
Microsoft Office packages, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe
Previous experience of Outlook and TEAMS.
SAP Concur (Travel & Expense) preferable.
Ariba preferable.
Knowledge of SAP preferable.
Attention to detail.
Excellent typing skills - precise and accurate.
Able to work under pressure - to meet deadlines.
Good organisational skills and able to prioritise own workload.
Good communication skills.
