Overview:

  • The client is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer with strong Active Directory expertise to support their globally regulated environment.
  • This role sits within the platform and cyber protection function, delivering both BAU support and project work across a complex infrastructure.
  • The primary focus is Active Directory administration and security, with secondary involvement in Windows Server and VMware support.
  • The engineer will work closely with global service teams to deliver solutions and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd/4th line technical support for Active Directory, Windows Server, and related infrastructure services.
  • Perform day-to-day Active Directory administration, including Group Policy, user group management, and incident resolution.
  • Support Active Directory security measures such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), SSO, and MFA.
  • Assist in infrastructure-related design and architecture work, particularly around AD and platform services.
  • Collaborate with service teams locally and globally to deliver business solutions and service onboarding.
  • Maintain and build Windows Servers, support VMware, and assist with Citrix environments.
  • Support backup and restore processes and overall platform integrity.
