Job Description: RBW Consulting is looking for a Director Clinical Development to join a mid-sized Pharmaceutical client of ours. To be eligible the candidate must be a Pediatric Hepatologist and also have at least 3 years experience working for a Biotech or Pharmaceutical company.
The Clinical Development Director will:
Lead global clinical development operations.
Develop asset teams for new compound uses.
Provide medical/scientific input on product data.
Lead the Clinical Development sub-team.
Ensure compliance with GCP and ethical guidelines.
Manage cross-functional relationships.
Support multiple indications globally.
Main Duties:
Prepare and execute clinical trial documents.
Oversee clinical trials for efficiency and safety.
Provide medical monitoring and support.
Maintain relationships with medical experts.
Education & Experience:
Medical degree (MD) or equivalent in life sciences.
Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
Experience in pharmaceutical drug development.
Rare disease or hepatology experience preferred.
Proven leadership in projects and teams.
Objective-driven, solution-oriented.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a global matrix organization.
Fluency in English; other languages are an asset.
