Our client is a leading European pharmaceutical company, based in Parma, Italy, with affiliates throughout Europe, and in the US, Brazil and Pakistan. They are dedicated to the research, development and commercialisation of ethical, therapeutic products.Key Responsibilities:➢ Develop Secondary Care strategic account plans to influence product awareness, adoption and formulary inclusions, in order to shape the secondary care environment e.g. formulary and guideline development at target account/hospital trust level➢ Development of customer partnerships, enabling Chiesi to be a respiratory partner of choice.➢ Identify and develop long term partnerships with key customers, to shape the LHE – and facilitate formulary and guideline inclusion at an account level.➢ Develop and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across the LHE in both Primary and Secondary Care.➢ Pioneer both digital and face to face interactions, embracing new technology and platforms by utilising customer insights➢ Empathising with our customers and recognising their challenges and work to support appropriate co-created solutions. e.g., collaboration opportunities including co-created projects and medical education.➢ Deliver KPIs, including (but not limited to) Sales, NPS, Project Delivery, Customer Satisfaction.➢ Adhere to the ABPI Code of Practice and our clients’ policies, procedures and Company Values.Essential Skills- Recognised as a credible Hospital Respiratory Specialist that is able to provide tailored customer solutions.
