Do you want to work in Sales? Do you like to use your scientific background to help Biopharmaceutical customers in solving their analytical challenges?

We are currently seeking anAccount Manager, Biopharma – Cambridgeshire area, who will be responsible to maintain and manage the allocated territory by meeting and exceeding sales and unit goals. Provide sales and technical support to customers on a regular and ongoing basis.

What we’ll get you doing:

  • Develop business plans, and sales strategies for Biopharma accounts
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers
  • Ensure that assigned account territory meets sales and unit goals
  • Provide updates to Sales Manager regarding achievement of goals, trends and competition
  • Implement account action plans, review performance and improve current account sales & support programs for the territory

The essential requirements of the role include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree, in any Life Science required
  • Good knowledge of Chromatography and Biopharma market knowledge & workflow
  • A proven track record of success in Sales
  • Advanced knowledge of Sales principles and methods of negotiation, and demonstrated advanced capability to identify business opportunities
  • Willingness for travelling in allocated territory up to 100% (outside)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Laboratory with Hands on experience in Chromatography using HPLC
