Account Manager – Digital/AI Market Access Solutions

Our client is a rapidly growing global pricing and market access organization that combines category-defining Digital/AI Solutions with expert Consultancy Services. The company supports leading pharmaceutical and biotech organizations in optimizing market access and pricing strategies. With operations across Europe and Asia, they work with some of the most recognized names in the life sciences industry to transform how innovative medicines reach patients worldwide.

Role Overview:
As an Account Manager in the Digital/AI Solutions team, you will manage a portfolio of international clients and ensure the successful delivery of cloud-based tools supporting pharmaceutical market access. This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone with experience in market access consulting, account management, or project management within the life sciences sector. You’ll coordinate internal teams, drive engagement, and contribute to the growth and retention of strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
Lead project execution across internal teams including design, data, and engineering.
Understand client goals and requirements through discovery meetings and workshops.
Deliver on account renewal and expansion targets through strategic relationship management.
Create and manage detailed project timelines and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
Organize and lead regular client check-ins, testing sessions, and governance meetings.
Prepare client-facing documentation, including user guides, training materials, and status reports.
Respond to client data and support requests in a timely and proactive manner.
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance client experience and deliver value.

Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in market access consulting, account/project management, or a similar role within a life sciences, pharmaceutical, or digital solutions environment.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product launch and global market access principles.
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation capabilities.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask across projects.
A proactive mindset, with a passion for delivering high-impact solutions in a dynamic setting.
