Postdoctoral Scientist in Molecular Biology of Neoantigen pMHC-TCR Interactions in Sarcoma
This role involves conducting molecular research on neoantigen prediction, TCR selection, and pMHC-TCR interactions in sarcoma, with a focus on chromosomal translocation-derived neoantigens. The postdoctoral scientist will develop and apply techniques in protein expression, surface plasmon resonance, and T-cell reporter assays to advance the scientific foundation for personalised TCR therapies. The position requires independent research, collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, and dissemination of findings through publications and scientific presentations.
