We're seeking a dedicated Technical Projects Manager to oversee our new product introduction and process change linking all other manufacturing departments.Client DetailsThis is a unique opportunity to join a leading pharmaceutical company based near Merseyside. This company is well-established, having a rich history and a solid reputation in the marketplace. Its team is known for their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.DescriptionThe Technical Projects Manager will report directly to the Operations Director and will:Lead on all new product introduction, process and quality improvementsLead projects across the organisationMonitor operational performance and suggest improvements.Lead on regulatory compliance with with a customer focused approach.Work closely with other departments to improve overall productivity.Analyse and manage project risks and issues.Prepare reports and conduct regular performance reviews.ProfileThe Technical Projects Manager will posses a range of the following:Relevant academic qualifications in Engineering & Science based field.Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations.Proven experience in technical projects based role or similar.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
