We’re looking for a client-focused, results-driven Global Program Manager to join a fast-growing international organisation supporting pharmaceutical and biotech sponsors worldwide. The Role
This is a fully remote position for UK-based candidates.
As a Global Program Manager, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for clinical trial sponsors, responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of clinical supply services globally. You’ll coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and project execution, ensuring seamless, compliant, and timely delivery of clinical supplies.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the strategic liaison for clients, managing study communications and deliverables.
- Leading cross-functional coordination across global facilities and teams
- Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and study dashboards.
- Proactively identifying risks and resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted supply chain execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in clinical supply management, logistics, or pharmaceutical operations.
- Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP guidelines, IRT systems, and supply forecasting tools.
- Demonstrated success in managing global clinical programs and working across time zones.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
