Global Program Manager – Clinical Supplies | Remote Role (UK-Based)|CTS

Do you have experience managing global clinical supply chains? Are you known for your strategic mindset, strong communication, and ability to lead cross-functional teams? Are you driven by making a direct impact on clinical trials?

We’re looking for a client-focused, results-driven Global Program Manager to join a fast-growing international organisation supporting pharmaceutical and biotech sponsors worldwide. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, regulated, and collaborative environment.


The Role

This is a fully remote position for UK-based candidates.

As a Global Program Manager, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for clinical trial sponsors, responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of clinical supply services globally. You’ll coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and project execution, ensuring seamless, compliant, and timely delivery of clinical supplies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the strategic liaison for clients, managing study communications and deliverables.
  • Leading cross-functional coordination across global facilities and teams
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and study dashboards.
  • Proactively identifying risks and resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted supply chain execution.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical supply management, logistics, or pharmaceutical operations.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP guidelines, IRT systems, and supply forecasting tools.
  • Demonstrated success in managing global clinical programs and working across time zones.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
