The Opportunity:
We're seeking a Senior Planner with strong construction scheduling experience to join a leading contractor delivering a high-spec new-build data centre in Derry/Londonderry. This is a flagship project in a fast-growing sector, offering the chance to work on one of the most technically complex and high-profile builds in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.

Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors and client-side planners to ensure programme integrity and delivery.

Conduct progress reporting and schedule analysis to keep the project on track.

Work closely with project managers and commercial teams to forecast key dates and milestones.

Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies.

Lead planning meetings and contribute to client presentations.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a planner on large-scale construction projects.

Data centre, pharmaceutical, or high-tech industrial project experience highly advantageous.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 essential.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving site environment.
