Junior Planner – Cleanroom Construction – Dublin

We are currently partnering with a high-growth market leader in modular cleanroom design and delivery for the biopharmaceutical and life sciences sector across the UK and EMEA.

Due to continued expansion, the business is seeking a Junior Planner to join its Dublin-based team, supporting the planning and scheduling of complex cleanroom construction projects.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a developing construction planner to gain experience on technically advanced projects within the pharma and life sciences sector, working closely with senior planning professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning team in developing and maintaining project construction programmes

• Assist with updating and monitoring project schedules across construction phases

• Track site progress against baseline programmes and identify delays

• Collect and analyse site progress data

• Prepare planning reports, progress charts, and programme updates

• Support communication between site teams, subcontractors, and project managers

• Assist senior planners with schedule analysis and planning activities

• Gain hands-on experience with planning software and scheduling methodologies

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years planning experience within construction projects

• Experience using Primavera P6

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Good organisational and analytical abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively within project teams

• Must be based within commutable distance of Dublin
