Junior Quality Officer - Slough - Medical Devices

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Quality Officer to join a growing medical device manufacturer based in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within quality assurance, working closely with an experienced quality team in a highly regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the administration and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)

* Assist with design changes and change control processes

* Contribute to compliance activities and audit readiness

* Provide quality assurance support across the wider business

Skills & Experience Required:

* Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles

* Awareness of quality investigation tools such as Five Whys, Fishbone (Ishikawa), Pareto, and FMEA

* Understanding of CAPAs (Corrective and Preventative Actions)

* Strong communication skills with the ability to support QA across different teams
