SRG are currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join a successful and growing client based in Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, drive innovation, and work within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary, flexible depending on experience, and a clear path for progression.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through to completion
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure technical specifications and project goals are met
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations

Criteria:

  • Degree qualified in an engineering discipline (Electrical/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Controls/ Automation)
  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g. Pharmaceutical / Chemical/ Food & FMCG)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Technical knowledge and detailed understanding of tablet manufacturing in a pharmaceutical environment (desirable but not essential).
