Product Specialist / Territory Manager – Medical Devices (Homecare Infusion)

South East UK (Access to London) | £45–55K (Some negotiation) + 30% Bonus + Car/Allowance

Are you a clinically credible, commercially driven medical professional looking to step into—or progress within—a dynamic field-based role?

We’re working with a globally established medical devices organisation (40+ years, presence in 50+ countries) that is investing heavily in UK growth, particularly within the rapidly expanding homecare infusion market.

The Opportunity

This is a unique hybrid role combining clinical expertise and commercial responsibility, focused on driving adoption of premium infusion therapy devices across both acute hospital settings and homecare pathways.

You’ll influence clinical decision-making at hospital level, then work closely with third-party homecare providers to ensure seamless delivery of therapy into the patient’s home.

Key Therapy Areas

* Parenteral Nutrition

* Immunoglobulin Therapy

* Home IV Antibiotic Therapy

What You’ll Be Doing

* Driving new business and account development across your territory

* Influencing clinical stakeholders within hospitals (point of care)

* Collaborating with homecare providers to deliver optimal patient outcomes

* Selling premium products based on clinical efficacy and health economics

* Managing both capital equipment and consumables sales cycles

Why Join?

* Market-leading, technically superior products

* Clear and ambitious UK growth strategy (targeting 2x growth in 3–4 years)

* Strong opportunities in homecare and acute pain management

* Genuine career progression into leadership or broader commercial roles (UK & international)

Who We’re Looking For

* Clinical background (e.g. nurse, clinician) combined with medical device/commercial experience

* Exposure to sales, training, or clinical education in a commercial setting

* A proactive, self-starting individual with the drive to influence and win business

* Strong ability to communicate clinical and economic value propositions

* Experience in infusion, homecare, or relevant therapy areas is advantageous

* Professional, credible, and highly organised

* Full UK driving licence & flexibility to travel

This is an ideal role for someone who can bridge the gap between clinical excellence and commercial success, and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of home-based patient care.
