Job Title: Customer Service - Dutch Speaking
Location: Chester Business Park - hybrid working
Remuneration: £16.50 p/hour
Contract Details: Rolling 6 month contract. Monday-Friday shift pattern: (7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm) - Overtime and Saturday working to be expected

Responsibilities:

Understand and execute policies around order management and customer inquiries, ensuring compliance.
Receive and enter customer orders in the SAP system after thorough validation.
Inform customers about any quality issues, recalls, or product holds promptly.
Handle backorders and returns, managing approvals and customer communications.
Monitor open orders and resolve exceptions as they arise.
Archive order and delivery documents efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring accurate records in our call tracking tool.
Route inquiries to relevant departments to streamline operations.
Resolve routine complaints and disputes, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch (speaking, writing, understanding).
French is a plus, especially if you bring SAP experience.
Previous experience with SAP preferred.
