Are you a forward-thinking, clinically confident Advanced Nurse Practitioner ready to make a genuine impact on community healthcare in Central London? Our client is a dynamic, values-driven GP Federation representing 31 practices and 4 Primary Care Networks across Westminster.
As an ANP, you'll work across three key services:


  • Additional & Enhanced Access Clinics (weekday afternoons/evenings + Saturdays)

  • Telephone Consultations (telephone triage & consultations from our NW1 offices)

  • Clinical research clinics (screening & patient studies)

You’ll work autonomously, using your advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, treat and manage a range of patients — while supporting wider team development, mentoring Nurse Associates, and driving innovation in care delivery.

The services are delivered in modern, well-equipped settings, with hybrid flexibility and support from a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have:


  • NMC registration (Part 1)

  • MSc Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent experience

  • Independent Prescribing qualification

  • Advanced assessment, diagnostic and prescribing skills

  • Primary care experience and ability to work across traditional boundaries

  • Confidence in digital platforms (e.g., SystmOne) and research involvement

  • Leadership and mentorship abilities
