Are you a forward-thinking, clinically confident Advanced Nurse Practitioner ready to make a genuine impact on community healthcare in Central London? Our client is a dynamic, values-driven GP Federation representing 31 practices and 4 Primary Care Networks across Westminster.
As an ANP, you'll work across three key services:
Additional & Enhanced Access Clinics (weekday afternoons/evenings + Saturdays)
Telephone Consultations (telephone triage & consultations from our NW1 offices)
Clinical research clinics (screening & patient studies)
You’ll work autonomously, using your advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, treat and manage a range of patients — while supporting wider team development, mentoring Nurse Associates, and driving innovation in care delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:
NMC registration (Part 1)
MSc Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent experience
Independent Prescribing qualification
Advanced assessment, diagnostic and prescribing skills
Primary care experience and ability to work across traditional boundaries
Confidence in digital platforms (e.g., SystmOne) and research involvement
Leadership and mentorship abilities
