A well-established stainless steel fabrication company in Maidenhead is seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join their production team. This role involves working on bespoke stainless steel projects for the food, pharmaceutical, and related industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG welding and stainless steel fabrication, with a strong eye for detail and quality.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components to a high standard.

*

Fabricate bespoke items from stainless steel sheet, tube, and sections (typically 1mm–5mm).

*

Read and work from engineering and fabrication drawings.

*

Operate workshop machinery such as press brakes, guillotines, rollers, and saws.

*

Polish and finish products to food-grade or pharmaceutical standards as required.

*

Assist in on-site installations of fabricated equipment and pipework.

*

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator, preferably with stainless steel.

*

Competence in TIG welding and general metalwork.

*

Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings.

*

Familiarity with fabrication techniques and polishing methods for hygienic environments.

*

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*

Valid UK driving licence (preferred).
