Do you have experience within a GMP Warehouse environment? Are you familiar with SAP? Are you based in or around Harwell?

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and who considers themself to be proactive, reliable and a team player. Only applicants from a GMP Warehouse background will be considered.

Role: Warehouse Associate

Location: Moderna, Rutherford Avenue Harwell OX11 0RL

Rate: highly competitive

Contract length: 6 months initially with the view to extend or offer a permanent role

Shift Patterns: Combination of day and night shifts so the need for full flexibility is imperative.

X2 days (07:00-19:00) and X2 nights (19:00-07:00) with X4 days off

Responsibilities:



Coordinating deliveries to internal customers independently

*

Completing SAP transactions daily

*

Overseeing cleaning processes for all materials entering manufacturing suites

*

Carrying out daily cycle counts

*

Managing accurate and up to date inventory records

*

Segregating expired materials as required

*

Supporting Manufacturing needs and operations as requested by management

*

Adhering to GMP regulations at all times as well as Health and Safety legislation

Essential requirements:

*

2+ years experience within a GMP Warehouse environment and/or highly regulated industry

*

Driving Licence and access to own vehicle

*

Experience and confidence using SAP platform

*

IT literacy with MS Office (Excel, Word), Smartsheet and SAP

*

Strong verbal and written communication skills

*

Qualifications or interest within Chemistry, life sciences and/or Biotechnology

*

Educated to Degree level (desirable)

*

FLT Counterbalance licence and/or experience (desirable)
