Contribute to both hardware and system-level verification activities across multiple projects.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the design and engineering lifecycle from concept to validation.

Potential to take design ownership of components of medical device.

Work closely with the Engineering team leader for work progress towards R&D milestones

Attend R&D-related trainings and seminars for continuous updates on the latest trend in verification and medical device engineering.

What You Bring
A minimum of BEng or MEng in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.

A minimum of 1 - 2 year industry experience

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the following areas:

CAD – Proficiency in NX (ideally) or other similar CAD packages.

Ability to design, build, and test mechanical prototypes in controlled environments. As well as designing and building verification methods for critical performance, safety and reliability tests.

Familiarity with structured problem-solving and test optimization techniques such as DoE, Taguchi Methods, CNX diagrams, or Fault Tree Analysis.

Exposure to measurement system analysis tools such as Gauge R&R, bias/linearity assessments, and SPC.

Experience or familiarity with analysing test results using ANOVA, regression analysis, or process capability metrics.

Hands-on experience with microcontrollers or embedded platforms (e.g., Arduino, STM32).

Experience with test automation using Python, LabVIEW, or similar tools. Familiarity with statistical analysis or data visualization tools (e.g., MATLAB, Excel, Jupyter).

Strong interest in microsystems, sensors, or embedded systems technology.

Experience in FMEA, DFMEA, and HAZOP to assess risks.

Nice to have:
2+ years industry experience in medical device development.

Experience working on microneedles, microfluidics, skin physiology and Biosensors, and with clean room fabrication experience.
