What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and execute validation processes across equipment, systems, and cleaning validation.

  • Oversee the development and management of Validation Master Plans (VMPs).

  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, MHRA, FDA, EMA, and ICH regulatory guidelines.

  • Conduct risk assessments, including FMEA and compliance gap analyses.

  • Author, review, and approve validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and reports.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process validation to ensure manufacturing consistency.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation methodologies.

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure technical agreements align with quality standards.

  • Support regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring all validation documentation is audit-ready.

  • Provide training and mentorship to internal teams on validation principles and best practices.

    What You’ll Need:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical validation.

  • Industry Expertise: Strong experience in pharmaceutical validation, including equipment, process, and cleaning validation.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP, LIMS, and validation software tools (desirable but not essential).

  • Regulatory Acumen: Expertise in MHRA Orange Guide, FDA, EMA, and GxP regulations.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve validation challenges effectively.

  • Project Management: Experience leading validation projects from planning through execution.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on compliance and precision.

  • Continuous Learning: Awareness of industry trends, new technologies, and process improvements.
