Job Overview: As an experienced Medical ScienceLiaison (MSL), you will play a critical role in bridging the gapbetween science and clinical practice. You will serve as ascientific expert and key point of contact for healthcareprofessionals, researchers, and internal teams, providinghigh-level medical insights and supporting the development anddissemination of scientific information. Your primary focus will beto engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), provide educationalsupport, and contribute to the successful execution of clinicaltrials and research activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. ScientificSupport & Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with KeyOpinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and academicinstitutions across Switzerland. 2. Medical Education: Providescientific expertise and education regarding the company’sproducts, clinical data, and therapeutic areas, ensuring accurate,up-to-date, and evidence-based information is shared. 3. ClinicalTrial Support: Support the design, execution, and follow-up ofclinical trials, including site identification, patientrecruitment, and the collection of clinical data. 4. InternalCollaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g.,Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing) to provideinsights and scientific expertise. 5. Medical Information: Provideand respond to scientific inquiries from both internal and externalstakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate communication. 6.Therapeutic Area Expertise: Stay current on industry trends,competitor activities, and the latest clinical research to provideinsights that drive strategic decisions. 7. Compliance: Ensure allactivities are in compliance with company policies, regulatoryrequirements, and ethical guidelines. Required Qualifications: 1.Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an MSL within thepharmaceutical or biotech industry. 2. Educational Background:Advanced degree in Life Sciences (e.g., MD, PhD, PharmD). 3.Therapeutic Area Knowledge: Strong knowledge of current therapeuticarea. 4. Scientific Communication: Excellent communication andpresentation skills, with the ability to explain complex scientificconcepts to both clinical and non-clinical audiences. 5.Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintainprofessional relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, andinternal stakeholders. 6. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills with the ability to interpret clinical dataand provide actionable insights. 7. Language Skills: Fluency inboth English and at least one local Swiss language (German, French,or Italian). 8. Travel: Willingness to travel within Switzerlandand occasionally internationally as required. PreferredQualifications: 1. Experience in launching new products in theSwiss market. 2.
