In this high-impact role, you will lead the development of compliant training content, manage SOP lifecycle processes, and support platforms includingVeeva Vault RIMS, learning management systems, and other SaaS applications essential to pharmaceutical compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update training materials aligned withGxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11.
  • Manage SOPs and Work Instructions through version control, approvals, and periodic reviews.
  • Work across systems includingVeeva Vault Training,Documentum,Cornerstone OnDemand,Articulate 360, andAdobe Captivate.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and process gaps.
  • Deliver and support training viaMS Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other platforms.
  • Assist in validation and documentation of new systems and digital tools.


Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of experiencein the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sector.
  • Deep understanding ofGxP, GAMP 5, Data Integrity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity withVeeva Vault RIMS, QualityDocs, or Submissions Archive.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Strong documentation and validation lifecycle experience.
  • Experience inAgile/Scrumenvironments is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
