  • You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, ask questions, or get stuck in. Whether you’ve worked in sales, retail, hospitality, or just love talking to people, your confidence will shine through. You’ll be speaking with scientists, researchers, and hiring managers, so being able to hold a conversation and stay curious is key.
  • Ambition & Self-Motivation
  • You’ve got big goals and you’re willing to work hard to get there. You don’t wait to be told what to do , you take initiative, ask for feedback, and push yourself to improve.
  • People Skills
  • This job is all about building relationships. You’ll be connecting with candidates who are looking for their next step and clients who need the perfect person for their team. Being genuine, relatable, and able to listen and understand people’s needs will help you stand out.
  • Resilience & Positivity
  • Recruitment can be challenging – things don’t always go to plan. But if you’re the kind of person who bounces back, learns from setbacks, and keeps a positive mindset, you’ll fit right in.

What’s In It for You:

Uncapped commission – earn up to 40% on top of your base

Incentive trips to places like Las Vegas or rewards like Rolex watches

Global recognition for smashing your goals

Personalised 1-to-1 training to help you grow from day one

A buzzing, supportive office full of energy and ambition

What You'll Be Doing:

Placing top candidates in pre-clinical life science roles (think animal research, drug discovery, lab-based R&D)

Building strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients

Owning the entire recruitment process – from sourcing to placement

Partnering with growing, specialist companies that are shaping the future of science

Acting as a trusted advisor, offering tailored support and insights
