What You'll Be Doing:
Placing top candidates in pre-clinical life science roles (think animal research, drug discovery, lab-based R&D)
Building strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients
Owning the entire recruitment process – from sourcing to placement
Partnering with growing, specialist companies that are shaping the future of science
Acting as a trusted advisor, offering tailored support and insights
