The Role:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Making sales calls to existing and prospective clients to promote Optimus Search
  • Attending client meetings and negotiating rates
  • Writing job adverts and creating engaging social media content
  • Sourcing and headhunting candidates with specialist skills
  • Coordinating interviews and managing the offer process
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
