Evolve are working with a global pharmaceutical company who are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to join their team. You’ll be responsible for supporting strategy and leading the planning and execution of online and in-store promotional activations, including new product launches.
This is a full-time role working 2 days in the office at our clients head office in Hertfordshire and 3 days remotely.

Ideal Requirements for the Trade Marketing Manager

  • OTC experience and familiarity with PAGB codes of practice and approval systems.
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to create and execute plans with contingencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets effectively.
    Role Responsibilities for the Trade Marketing Manager
  • Manage POS critical path, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for both retail and wholesale channels.
  • Monitor product trends and campaign performance.
  • Creating and delivering presentations on POS effectiveness, competitor updates, and strategic recommendations.
