Position Overview

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration across your assigned region in the UK. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical expertise and tailored solutions. This role requires a blend of scientific knowledge, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotech, and chemical sectors.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular visits, technical consultations, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and seminars to promote brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of technical sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
