We're looking for a Technical Training Specialist to support Field Service Engineers and distributor teams worldwide. In this role, you'll deliver engaging training that ensures engineers can confidently install, maintain, and support advanced medical equipment that directly impacts patient care.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver hands-on, classroom, and virtual training from our Crawley HQ, third-party sites, and international locations
Tailor training content for varying technical skills and language levels
Coach, mentor, and support engineers as they develop product mastery
Maintain training equipment and documentation
Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and First Line Support to stay aligned with product updates and innovation
Who This Role Is Perfect For

Junior electronics engineers or early-career Field Service Engineers eager to move into a training, coaching, or knowledge-sharing role

What We're Looking For

Solid technical foundation in electronics or biomedical engineering
Hands-on experience with fault finding, diagnostics, and multimeter use
Interest in connected devices (IoT) and data flow to cloud platforms (ideally Microsoft Azure)
Clear communicator able to explain technical concepts simply and develop straightforward training materials
Confident presenting in person or online
Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
