Technical Support Specialist Hematology and Urine Analysis

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide second-level support in Hematology and Urine Analysis systems. This role involves troubleshooting, customer training, and supporting our Applications Team, primarily in Italy or the UK, with potential travel across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot instrumentation problems.
  2. Train customers and Service Engineers.
  3. Support system performance verification and data quality assessments.
  4. Operate independently within assigned territories, providing excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements

  • Biomedical engineer or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of technical support or field service experience in diagnostics.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the country and Europe.

Preferred Skills

  • Flexibility to work different shifts or hours.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
