Your Mission: Build a World-Class Knowledge Ecosystem

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and deliveringnext-generation product content, ensuring thatusers can operate LINQ workcells with confidence—anytime, anywhere.

Your Core Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management (30%)

  • Developclear, concise, and engaging documentation, includinguser guides, FAQs, API references, and troubleshooting resources.

  • Ensure content istailored to different user personas, from lab technicians to automation engineers.

Knowledge Management (20%)

  • Architectintelligent knowledge repositorieswith structuredtaxonomy, tagging, and governance frameworks.

  • Ensureinformation is easily searchable, logically organized, and continuously optimizedbased on usage data.

Automation & In-Product Content Delivery (20%)

  • ImplementAI-powered, automated content generation toolsto keep documentation up to dateat scale.

  • Integratecontextual in-app help and knowledge systemsto provide internal and external users with answersprecisely when they need them.

Quality Assurance & Optimization (15%)

  • Establish key performance metrics and OKRs to ensure systems are meeting expectations and delivering value.

  • Establishhigh editorial standardsto maintainaccuracy, clarity, and relevanceacross all documentation.

  • Regularly audit and update knowledge resources toreflect product advancements and user feedback.

User Engagement & Continuous Improvement (15%)

  • Proactively gather and analyzeuser feedback, support tickets, and content performance metrics.

  • Continuously refinecontent strategyto improve userunderstanding, retention, and overall satisfaction.

  • Clear, detail-oriented writing style, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts intosimple, actionable guidance.

  • Experience designing and managing automated content generation systems—you know how to scale documentationwithout sacrificing quality.

  • Expertise in in-app content serving platforms—you understand how to deliver knowledge in theright place, at the right time.

  • A strategic, systems-thinking mindset—you can architecthighly scalable content frameworksthat drive long-term success.
