Apsida Life Science is currently recruiting on-behalf one of the most exciting service providers who leverage Document Management platforms for clients in Life Sciences industry. The organisation aid a broad range of clients from small start ups to large global pharmaceutical companies. They provide business consulting, system integration and support services to clients (across RIM, Regulatory, Clinical and QMS) working with platforms such as Veeva, OpenText/Documentum, Geris, Sparta etc.


The organisation are looking for a Senior Technical Lead to oversee and drive migration projects alongside ECM implementations.


Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, covering key areas such as architecture and design decisions, code reviews, documentation practices, project execution standards, and best practices.


Serve as the subject matter expert for all technical aspects of the project

  • Provide deep technical knowledge and expertise to guide project decisions
  • Ensure technical solutions align with industry best practices and company standards


Collaborate closely with the Project Manager

  • Work with the Project Manager to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Align technical objectives with overall project timelines and milestones


Oversee and manage the technical team

  • Lead and mentor developers, engineers, and other technical staff
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment


Experience

  • Over 5 years of experience working in data and document migration and ECM implementation
  • A strong track record working with Veeva Vault and document migration tools
  • A strong understanding of pharmaceutical validation, documentation practices, and relevant regulations
  • It would be an added plus if you have experience in a leadership role within the life science industry
