Our client’s range across the top Medical Device, Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies in the world. Due to the success of the contract team in 2024, and continued success in 2025 despite the challenging market, Meet is seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Professional to help continue building out our 360 functions in addition to other business units. This person will also help interview for the business's permanent hire side as we seek to hire entry-level and experienced sales and recruitment professionals into our organization.

Job Outline:


As an Internal Recruiter, you will adopt a candidate and stakeholder centric, service-led approach in developing internal relationships and sourcing quality candidates to back the business in reaching forecasted targets. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all hires you are assigned to within our organization. This position demands a high volume of recruitment activities, emphasizing the significance of adept time and stakeholder management skills. Your focus will be on meeting the staffing needs of our hiring managers, primarily aspiring sales professionals at the Associate/Recruiter/Senior/Lead level, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of their requirements. You will have to be flexible as you navigate through changing business needs and incoming orders, also demonstrating a proactive approach when it comes to candidate outreach in addition to receiving inbound applications. Reports into Global Head of Talent Acquisition.



Key Duties:

• Managing end to end recruitment process for all assigned openings

• Partnering with stakeholders to deliver on hiring needs by established deadlines

• Sourcing candidates through various methods – LI, Handshake, cold calling, headhunting

• Conduct structured screens to ensure all candidates are being assessed equally while taking detailed notes on the conversation

• Delivering on hires needed and hitting set targets

--- 80+ screens per month, Adverts refreshed three times a week

---Pushing referrals on calls, emails, and internally amongst employees via email and Fuse at least once a month

---Hitting a set initial interview target per month

---Hitting a set further interview target per month

---Hitting a set placement target per month based on on businesses hiring needs

• Building a personal brand on LinkedIn and other social media platforms, and marketing business through weekly posts

• Demonstrates a consistent investment to developing and improving processes

• Using your own data to monitor personal performance against KPIs and headcount needs

• Administering on-site interviews and group assessment days to ensure everything runs smoothly and providing a positive candidate experience

• During down times, contributing to various projects that will assist the IR/People team in achieving wider strategic goals.


Abilities:

• Ability to evaluate information - able to evaluate information impartially, rigorously, and systematically to identify both the immediate issues and the endemic obstacles. Evaluating actions in a rational and even-handed manner.

• Ability to structure tasks – having the ability to approach multiple, varies tasks in a systematic manner that ensures tasks are completed on time.

• Interacting with ones network – Identifying candidates drivers and motivators, proactively seeing things from the viewpoint of others while being open and transparent at all times

• Being reliable – fulfilling obligations consistently and treating others fairly and with respect

• 9 consecutive record breaking quarters of revenue growth from 2020-2023

• 2024 we signed 298 terms as a global business (new and re-engaged)

• 5 consecutive quarters of revenue growth since the dip in the market

---Able to troubleshoot issues encountered during a candidate’s placement.

• Stakeholder Management – is confident in communicating with hiring managers, managing expectations, timelines, and pushing back when needed.

• Market Knowledge – gathers information on the staffing industry through their network

• Commercial Acumen – works with urgency and comprehends the implications of meeting timelines Requirements:

• Bachelors' Degree (preferred)

• 12+ months of high volume recruitment experience – (recruiting sales/agency recruitment professionals specifically or 360 recruitment experience (REQUIRED)
