Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling

Are you a self-starter passionate about health economics and outcomes research? Do you lead internal teams confidently? Are you experienced in business acumen, financials, and industry success? If yes, we want to talk! We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Managing Director to lead our Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling team.

Position Summary:

The SVP, MD, Capability Lead reports to the Head of Evidence Solutions, responsible for developing the Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling capability, building new business, managing client relationships, and fostering team growth and culture.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Expertise in pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, health technology assessment, with relevant publications
  • Experience in evidence synthesis, economic modeling, and supporting studies
  • Knowledge of research methods and ability to tailor solutions
  • Strong communication skills for various stakeholders
  • Business and team development orientation

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Leading projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and performance
  • Developing recommendations, assessing risks, making decisions
  • Reviewing deliverables and signing off on key documents
  • Mentoring team, fostering feedback culture, career development
  • Strategic planning and resource management
  • Operational processes and client communication
  • Business growth, client partnerships, and sales
  • Travel as needed

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in relevant health or science field
  • 15+ years in HEOR, leadership, and business development
  • Experience managing research teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Broad knowledge of outcomes research, health economics, and HTA landscape
  • Business acumen, strategic and technical skills
  • Leadership and mentorship capabilities
