This role will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating supply schedules, and ensuring seamless operations. Based in Reading, our client is a global pharmaceutical company who is looking for someone with an analytical mindset, who is excited to learn and develop, and hit the ground running.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

Managing inventory and ensuring product availability by aligning forecasts with supply plans.
Manage transport and customs between France, UK, and Ireland.
Oversee stock movement, booking, and discrepancy reporting in ERP.
Share weekly and monthly stock updates with Sales and Marketing.
Set up new product SKUs in internal systems.
Provide stock reports and support 4PL performance and documentation.Profile

The successful candidate would have:

Experience working within a similar role, in the pharma/ FMCG/ manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency with Excel (VLookUps, Pivot Tables).
Proactive and excited to learn and develop.Job Offer

On offer to the candidate:

Up to c.£40,000 plus 10% bonus and package.
Free lunch provided onsite.
Hybrid working - 2 days pw onsite in Reading.
