??Your Impact

As Supply Chain Manager, you'll take full ownership of our Skipton site's supply chain operations-from planning and materials replenishment to customer service and warehouse efficiency. You'll lead a talented team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure we deliver on time, every time.

??What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a robust, site-wide production plan aligned with business goals
  • Lead end-to-end planning, RCCP, and demand forecasting to support CAPEX and budgeting
  • Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency
  • Own the S&OP process and ensure seamless communication across site functions
  • Champion continuous improvement and lean practices to reduce waste and boost performance
  • Manage artwork change and NPI processes to meet regulatory and customer needs
  • Coach and develop your team, fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture

?What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience inproduction planning, scheduling, inventory controlin amanufacturingenvironment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Deep understanding ofERP systemsandMRP planning
  • Knowledge ofwarehousing operations
  • Analytical mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Ideally, a degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain or related field (or relevant work experience)
