POSITION SUMMARY


We are looking for a Supply Chain & Business Business Operations Manager to ensure our operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to handle systems with numerous moving parts.


This role will be responsible for overseeing operations and commercial teams, ensure cross departmental process deployment, contract control and support with continuous improvement, existing and future IT infrastructure, and ultimately champion the successful growth in fulfilment of our luxury aesthetic brand portfolio.


Our goal is to make our processes as efficient as possible, maintain good relationships with suppliers, distributors, and keep our customers happy. This role will also be key in supporting other departments including manufacturing, customer services, finance and IT. The role will be pivotal in assuring the company’s continued stable and profitable performance.


The successful candidate will be working across the entire company, on multiple projects, manifesting a vision for our infrastructure and organisational processes to ensure we are equipped to deliver long term sustainable growth, whilst mitigating risk.


MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Management of operations support team
  • Maintaining Health & Safety
  • Oversee facilities and warehouse operations planning
  • Ownership for leading the S&OP forecasting process
  • Definition and implementation of SOP’s throughout the business
  • Maintain accurate and consistent records
  • Ensuring data integrity within our systems
  • Oversee Prospect Database & sales integrity of our CRM system
  • Maintain ERP master data and pricing
  • Oversee reporting definition and deployment in business with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate and shape the KPI’s & reporting in each department with all stakeholders
  • Ensure there is one source of targets, priorities & reporting on those by department & employee
  • Bonus & commission reporting
  • Successful identification, justification and delivery of cost improvement programs
  • Oversee head office and seek for continuous improvements
  • Support with transition and introduction of new company systems as required
  • Coordinating cross departmental process deployment
  • Drive for simplification within the business to increase success of our efforts
  • Define and implement SOP’s to optimize output of business
  • Be the champion of once done well throughout planning, documentation and process
  • Contract and inventory control
  • Oversee introduction of all new products from sales and operations perspective, seamless & efficient process driven success for sales activation and multi site launches

EXPERIENCE & KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA


  • At least 3 years solid experience within a business operations role.
  • Experience within the cosmeceutical, pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, healthcare or beauty industry
  • Qualified to A Level standard or equivalent
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office in particular Excel
  • Strong IT Skills and experience in particular with ERP / Inventory management systems
  • Proven history of successfully meeting and exceeding challenging goals
  • Experienced with business systems, reporting and procedures to fulfil the role successfully
  • Strong professional & presentation standards
