Strategic Product Lead (Pharma) | Cambridge


Hartmann Young is partnered with a growing and dynamic pharmaceutical company based in Cambridge. We’re seeking a strategic and passionate Strategic Product Lead to lead theroadmapping and lifecycleof key commercial products and support thelaunch of new treatmentsin rare diseases and pharma. This is a cross-functional role bridgingproduct strategy, marketing, data insights, andpatient experience, ensuring every product truly makes a difference.


You’ll work closely with Sales, Project Management, and Patient Support teams to drive product excellence from concept through to market, with real impact on patients’ lives.


Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in commercial product management (Life Sciences or Pharma)
  • Experience across thefull product lifecycleandstrategic development
  • Proven strategic thinker and collaborator
  • Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across internal teams and external partners
  • Confident negotiator with experience managing third-party stakeholders
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong initiative
  • Analytical thinker with adata-driven approachto decision-making
  • Results-oriented, with accountability for timelines and budgets


Desirable Experience:

  • Experiencelaunching new products, ideally inpharma or oncology
  • Working with KOLs, MAH partners, or commercial data teams
  • Familiarity with compliance in regulated environments


Location:Cambridge or Cambridgeshire-based (Hybrid – 3 days/week in-office)
