Our mission is to deliver strategic insights and expert guidance that empower our clients to make informed decisions.Objective of the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Client Director to serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our pharmaceutical clients. In this role, you will focus on providing strategic counsel and support, identifying opportunities for collaboration, driving sales growth, and helping clients leverage Airfinity’s solutions to meet their objectives. Your goal is to strengthen client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and sustainably grow our business through value-added engagement rather than transactional sales.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Advisory: Act as a trusted partner to key executives within pharmaceutical companies, advising on data and analytics strategies that address their unique challenges and objectives.Sales & Business Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and expanding our footprint across the DACH region. Develop account strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with client needs and Airfinity’s value proposition.Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders (Director to Executive level) in Brand, Marketing, and Commercial teams.Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with internal product and analyst teams to design and propose bespoke solutions for clients, ensuring each recommendation is rooted in client-specific insights and goals.Market & Industry Insights: Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and policies in the pharmaceutical sector, proactively sharing relevant updates and recommendations with clients.Representation: Represent Airfinity at industry conferences and events, demonstrating thought leadership and cultivating opportunities to support clients’ evolving needs.Skills, Qualifications, and ProfileExperience & Knowledge:5+ years of Key Account Management, consultative sales, or business development experience with SaaS, data and analytics, or consulting services in the pharmaceutical industry.Prior experience selling to and working with large pharmaceutical clients.Key Competencies:Sales & Commercial Acumen: A proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage sales pipelines, and negotiate complex deals while maintaining a client-centric approach.Client-Centric Mindset: Proven track record of building trust-based relationships and delivering high-value, consultative guidance to clients.Strategic Process Orientation: Familiarity with frameworks such as MEDDPIC, SPIN, or MH methodologies, and an ability to apply these to a consultative, client-focused sales approach.Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse stakeholders and effectively articulating actionable insights.Intellectual Curiosity: A passion for continuous learning and professional development, staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies.Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: Ability to work independently, set and achieve goals, and drive meaningful outcomes for clients.Additional Requirements:Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend events, and represent Airfinity.Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential.Location - London, Hybrid.
