What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in STEM recruitment

Proficiency in technical screening and ability to understand complex STEM concepts

The Role
As a STEM Recruitment Specialist, you'll:

Drive business development by proactively identifying and winning new clients in STEM sectors
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement
Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top-tier STEM talent
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Utilise your technical knowledge to effectively screen and match candidates
Leverage cutting-edge recruitment tools to enhance your sourcing and outreach processes
