We are seeking a skilled StatisticsLeader or Associate Director to play a key role in supportingmarketed products and advancing new cancer treatments. In thisposition, you will provide global statistical expertise for variousinitiatives, including non-registrational data generation, Phase IVstudies, secondary publications, scientific congress support, andISR review. These efforts will help deliver clearly differentiatedmedicines to patients. You will work closely with teams acrossR&D, medical, and commercial organizations, as well as withReal-World Evidence (RWE) and Health Outcomes Research groups, tomanage a diverse portfolio of projects that support market accessfor GSK oncology products and late-stage pipeline assets. Our end-to-end project support modeloffers statisticians the opportunity to collaborate throughout thedrug development process, from early clinical trials to productregistration and ongoing market support. In this role you will… -Provide statistical expertise for non-registrational studies,including design, analysis, reporting, and interpretation, whileinfluencing clinical development, regulatory, and commercialstrategies. - Collaborate with internal and external partners tomeet business needs, including reviewing Investigator SponsoredResearch (ISR) and GSK-sponsored Phase IV trials. - Develop andapply novel statistical methodologies to address challenges inmarket access and reimbursement, partnering with global andregional teams. - Work with Health Outcomes and Market Access teamsto analyze and interpret real-world data, such as patientregistries and claims databases. - Address market access challengesposed by regional agencies (e.g., NICE, IQWiG, HAS, PBAC) throughcollaboration with cross-functional teams. - Formulate datastrategies to leverage internal and external databases for R&Doncology and invest in expanding expertise across clinical,regulatory, and commercial domains. Basic Qualifications& Skills: We are looking for professionals with these requiredskills to achieve our goals: - MSc or equivalent degree in aStatistical discipline - Relevant experiencefrom clinical research,pharmaceutical, CRO or academia - Track record of strongstatistical contributions and accomplishments in late phaseclinical drug development - Proficient in both spoken and writtenEnglish, with the capability to clearly communicate both new andestablished statistical methods and results based on those methodsto peers without substantial statistical training.
