We are seeking an experienced Senior Market Research Project Manager to work GMT hours, and to oversee and manage the full project lifecycle - from bid to invoice. How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Project Management:Lead and manage multiple market research projects from proposal acceptance through final invoicing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
  • Client Engagement:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and providing strategic recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Problem-Solving:Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track and identify growth opportunities for our business
  • Bid and Proposal Development:Work closely with sales and research teams to develop competitive and compelling research proposals, pricing strategies, and project feasibility assessments.
  • Quality Control:Implement best practices and quality control measures to maintain high standards in data accuracy, reporting, and client satisfaction.
  • Operational Execution:Oversee all aspects of project execution, including survey programming, translations, data collection, and field reporting, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Budget & Financial Management:Track project budgets, manage costs, and submit invoice to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively both to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Client-First Mindset:Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on delivering value and results.
  • Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in market research tools, methodologies, and project management software (e.g., Decipher, Confirmit, Salesforce, MS applications, etc.).
  • Attention to Detail:Highly organized with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving Ability:Adept at identifying challenges and developing creative, data-driven solutions.
  • Results-Driven:Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring projects align with company and client goals.
  • Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as Quantitative Project Manager in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Market research.
