Allerton Bishopis delighted to be searching for aSite Directorposition for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company located in England. Our client, is a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company and is seeking to appoint an experiencedSite Directorto lead site operations.


RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE SITE DIRECTOR:

  • Full responsibility for site operations
  • Site leadership of manufacturing, operations, MSAT, engineering and quality department heads.
  • Drive a collaborative, cross functional culture across the site.
  • Lead global projects and operational excellence across the site.
  • As the Site Director, you will have P&L and budget responsibility for site operations.
  • Oversee site compliance for legal, health & safety, GMP and regulatory bodies.


To be a successful applicant for theSite Director role, you will demonstrate the following qualifications:


  • University degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or Business.
  • Industry experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing. GMP expertise is essential.
  • Extensive working history in manufacturing or operations leadership at site level.
  • Previous experience in customer facing manufacturing environments would be highly advantageous.
