Service Manager – Industrial Refrigeration – Leeds
Location: Leeds
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Company Car + Bonus + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to join a leading industrial refrigeration contractor, managing a well-established service division covering Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for a team of 10+ engineers, full P&L accountability, and maintaining strong client relationships across critical sectors such as food, beverage, and pharmaceutical.

The Role:



Oversee day-to-day service operations across the region (M62/Hull to South Yorkshire)

*

Manage and support a team of service engineers, including scheduling, performance, and development

*

Full responsibility for profit and loss, budgeting, and KPI tracking

*

Build and maintain excellent relationships with key accounts, ensuring service excellence and contract delivery

*

Act as the main point of contact for escalations and technical support where needed

Background:

*

Proven experience in the industrial or commercial refrigeration sector, ideally with leadership or management exposure

*

Strong understanding of service operations and commercial delivery (P&L, KPIs, budgeting)

*

Effective team leadership and communication skills

*

Customer-focused approach with a track record in account management

*

F-Gas certification and knowledge of ammonia systems highly desirable

Package:

*

£55,000 - £60,000 basic salary

*
