Responsibilities and Duties

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on-site for water treatment equipment.
Providing technical and commercial support to customers.
Offering after-sales support, both technical and commercial.
Completing risk assessments, work reports, and other required documentation.
Participating in the on-call rota.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Ensuring adherence to health and safety policies for both the company and clients.
Timely submission of risk assessments, work reports, timesheets, and other documentation.
Completing site tasks efficiently and within deadlines.

Professional Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with:

An NVQ or higher qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or a related field).
A full UK driving licence.

Personal Skills

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience in the water treatment industry (preferred but not essential).
Possess knowledge of the pharmaceutical market (desirable).
Demonstrate strong communication skills and be punctual, presentable, and eager to learn.
Show familiarity with the company's products, applications, and markets (advantageous).
Exhibit excellent time management skills.

Salary and Benefits

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience.
