Job Title:

Senior Technical Product Manager


We’re seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our high-performing product team. This role is central to the development and evolution of Reportum, Qinecsa’s leading intake platform.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, quality assurance, customer-facing teams, and clients to deliver product features that solve real-world problems at scale. You will also play a hands-on role in defining how those features are scoped, specified, and implemented—helping us build solutions that are both technically sound and deeply user-centric.


🔧 What You’ll Do

  • • Own the delivery of product features and enhancements across their full lifecycle—from discovery through to release
  • • Act as Product Owner in agile teams: manage backlogs, write stories, define acceptance criteria, and lead planning sessions
  • • Translate client needs and business problems into clear, actionable requirements and functional designs
  • • Collaborate daily with engineers and QA to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality delivery
  • • Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions with internal and external stakeholders
  • • Document specifications, process flows, and design decisions clearly and consistently
  • • Balance trade-offs, define MVPs, and make prioritisation decisions grounded in user and business value
  • • Investigate production issues and collaborate with support teams to resolve them
  • • Contribute to roadmap discussions, product documentation, and team knowledge-sharing


What You Bring

  • • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis in a software setting
  • • Experience working as a Product Owner within agile development teams
  • • A solid grasp of technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, data structures (e.g. JSON), and system architecture
  • • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with engineers, designers, clients, and commercial teams
  • • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • • Proven ability to deliver product features that solve complex problems and delight users
  • • A collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • • A degree in a relevant technical, life sciences, or analytical discipline preferred


💡 Nice to Have

  • • Experience in life sciences, pharmacovigilance, or other regulated industries
  • • Prior experience in SaaS, and scale-up environments
  • • Exposure to configurable platforms, form builders, or document ingestion technologies
  • • Experience delivering enterprise-grade software in multi-stakeholder environments
