Senior Laboratory Research Scientist Details of the role: Permanent, full-time. Monday – Friday. The Francis Crick Institute is Europe’s largest biomedical research institute under one roof. You will collaborate with team members to design and execute experiments, while also overseeing lab operations and providing training to other lab members. Introducing, maintaining and updating lab protocols and lab techniques. Training of lab members in techniques. Involvement in day-to-day operation of the laboratory, including (but not limited to) maintenance of safety standards, restocking and purchasing, and general organisation. Continue professional development through maintaining awareness of developments in the wider research communities. Help to develop others by mentoring and sharing expertise and experience.
