Senior Research Manager
Market Research Consultancy
Southwark (2 days a week in office)
Join a fast-growing, insight-led communications agency that’s driving impact across science, technology, and healthcare. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Research Manager to hit the ground running within a collaborative and high-performing insights team.
About the Role:
As a Senior Research Manager, you’ll lead mixed-method research projects end-to-end—from brief through to analysis and delivery—primarily in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space. You’ll be client-facing from day one, managing multiple projects while collaborating closely with a wider team that includes data science experts. You’ll play a key role in delivering meaningful insights that influence strategic decisions for leading global clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and managing quant research projects
Presenting insights to senior stakeholders and clients
Supporting proposal writing and contributing to pitches
Partnering with the in-house data science team on advanced analytics projects
Working with top-tier clients in pharma and healthcare
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years' experience in market research (healthcare/pharma focus strongly preferred)
Strong background in mixed methods research
Awareness of data science approaches (segmentation, regression modelling, predictive analytics, etc.)
Confident communicator with strong presentation and client management skills
Experience in proposal writing and project operations
