The Role:

As a

Senior Recruitment Consultant , you will:? Manage the

full 360 recruitment cycle , from business development to candidate placement? Build and maintain

strong relationships

with clients and candidates? Identify new business opportunities and develop a

robust client portfolio ? Provide

consultative advice

to clients and candidates in your specialist sector? Meet and exceed

billing targets , driving revenue and contributing to team success

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of 360 recruitment experience

with a

proven track record of billing (Ideally £200K+)

Strong

business development

and

relationship management

skills A proactive, results-driven mindset with a

passion for recruitment

The ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player A desire to progress and develop within a growing business
