Primary Function


To work as a 360 consultant or focus on Business Development with the support of Researchers to execute searches for clients in the EU, US and ROW.


Key Accountabilities


  • To establish and manage new and lasting relationships with clients.
  • To maximise visibility with existing clients, you have won.
  • To consistently provide a professional and best-in-class service to clients and candidates.
  • You will be an expert in your field. Therefore, a thirst for knowledge and developing a deep understanding of the bio-pharmaceutical industry globally is crucial to success in this role.
  • Work closely with the project delivery team to ensure all projects are delivered.
  • Work closely with our sister company, Morgan Prestwich, to carve out new strategies when required.
