The Role – Your New Opportunity
As a

360 Life Science Recruitment Consultant , you will:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle across the

Medical, PV, and Biometrics sectors .
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring CPL Life Sciences is their go-to recruitment partner.
Source and place exceptional candidates for roles in clinical trials, medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, and biometrics.
Drive business development and new client acquisition to continue expanding our market presence.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team growth and success.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in

360 recruitment , ideally within

Life Sciences .
Familiarity with

Medical, PV, and Biometrics sectors

is a bonus but not essential.
Strong business development skills – capable of winning new clients and expanding our reach.
Target-driven and self-motivated, with a passion for recruitment.
A desire to work in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
